Mr. Moschetta graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley law school in January 1998, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is a member of the Washington County, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (“WILG” is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of injured workers). Mr. Moschetta is also a member of the Maritime Law Association of America and Department of Labor-Joint Bar Association, serving on the Association’s Board of Directors through 2020, and as an Officer, including President in 2017-2018. The DOL-Joint Bar Association is a nationwide association of claimant and defense attorneys in Longshore/Defense Base Act claims. He has made several presentations to both local and national organizations on workers’ compensation matters, specifically in regards to the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. This includes Loyola University’s Annual Longshore Conference (New Orleans) and the Workers’ Compensation Institute (Orlando, Florida). He has published numerous articles regarding the Longshore Act in THE ADVOCATE.
