A graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned his degree in Chemical Engineering. Following his career as an engineer, Mr. Daley attended the Duquesne University School of Law, graduated cum laude, and began practicing with Robert Peirce & Associates. Mr. Daley is now a Principal Attorney with the Peirce firm, and focuses his attention on nursing home, medical malpractice and civil rights matters. Mr. Daley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, in numerous federal jurisdictions, and in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, was one of PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE’S “Rising Stars” in 2005 and 2006, has organized and hosted the American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA) Trial Moot Court competition on five occasions, is an officer of the AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group, and is a member of PAJ’s Board of Governors. Mr. Daley has published articles in the DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY LAW REVIEW, for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, for ANDREWS LITIGATION REPORTERS and for THE LEGAL INTELLIGENCER. He has also been an invited speaker and instructor on numerous occasions, on both the state and national levels. Mr. Daley has been actively involved with the Pro Se Committee for Indigent Plaintiffs in Prisoner Civil Rights Cases, and for the past six years has been a coach and sponsor of the Steel Valley Youth Baseball Association.
