“New Castle is not only a great place to build a business, it’s a great place to raise a family.”
Chuck grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After graduating from college, he served in the United
States Army during the Vietnam War. While serving in Vietnam, Chuck was decorated four times
being awarded the Vietnamese Combat Medal, the Vietnamese Service Cross, the Army
Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star Medal. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from
the United States Army, Chuck graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1975.
He then returned to the New Castle community and has resided here with his family since.
Chuck is a family man. He married a local girl and went on to raise a family of three beautiful
daughters. He and his wife are the proud grandparents of three grandsons and are expecting a fourth
grandchild sometime in April, 2013. He appreciates that the New Castle community provides a safe
and friendly environment where his family feels comfortable and well cared for. As a founding
partner of LGKG, Chuck has spent the past 25 years making sure his clients feel less like clients, and
more like family.
